As an Organizer, you may choose to receive an email each time someone signs up. This is a preference you control in the Settings tab of your SignUp's Organizer view.
To access you Organizer view, click on the SignUp title in My SignUps section your Dashboard:
Go to the Settings Tab and select Email Preferences from the pull-down menu.
You may choose to be sent an email notification when someone signs up "Always" or "Never" The other options allow you to choose to receive an email notification is someone signs up within 1-7 days of the Spot. This last feature allows you to get notifications of just the last minute sign ups.
These emails will be sent to ALL Organizers and Assistant Organizers listed on the SignUp's Details Tab: Tour of Details Tab
To turn on this feature on a mobile device, click on the SignUp Name and choose Details, then Notifications:
Then, change Notify me when someone signs up. The options are the same as on the desktop:
