I can not Log In. What do I do?

For Organizers:

• Double-check your email spelling or try any alternate emails you may have used.
• If you forgot your password, click "Forgot your password?" to reset it.
• Still having trouble? Click Help in the menu to contact our team.

For Participants, Volunteers, or Class Parents:

You likely DON'T have a registered account with a password. Try these options to find your SignUp:

1. Check Your Email – Search your inbox for messages from [e-mail] and click the link in your invitation, confirmation, or reminder email.
2. Use Our Homepage – Visit SignUp.com and click Find My SignUp (from a computer) or Join an Existing Event (from a smartphone) to receive new links to your SignUps.

Note: Participants may register an organizer account (with a password),even though it is not required.  You may then Log In to your Account and see all SignUps on your Dashboard.
