How you change your personal information on SignUp.com depends on your role (SignUp Participant or SignUp Organizer) because most Participants don't have accounts with passwords.
If you're a SignUp Participant, you can change your information in three easy steps:
1. Find any personal invitation, confirmation or reminder message sent from firstname.lastname@example.org in your email inbox and click the link to enter your SignUp. If you can't find one, go to SignUp.com and click Find My SignUp in the menu and we'll send you new personal invitation links to your SignUps.
2. Once in the SignUp, click on menu at the top of the screen to choose the My Info screen. (From a smartphone, the menu is the three bars at the top of the screen. From a tablet or computer, click the My Info icon at the left of the screen.)
3. Edit your personal information. You will also update your text-reminder preferences here (if available on your SignUp).
Option: You may contact the SignUp Organizer directly and ask him or her to make the changes for you in the Participant tab of the SignUp's Organizer view.
Please login to SignUp.com with your email and password and then update your information in either your Profile page, or at the bottom of each SignUp's Details tab. Learn more here: How to change the Organizer's name or title?
