Common SignUp Questions
1. Can’t find your group’s SignUp?
SignUp does not support public search for privacy and security reasons, especially since many activities involve children.
👉 Please contact your organizer or organization directly to request the invitation link.
👉 Many groups also post their SignUp links on their website or social media accounts.
2. Lost your SignUp invitation?
No problem! Go directly to https://signup.com/find-my-signup to have your invitation links sent to your email.
3. Have a link, but it’s not working?
Double-check that your browser copied the entire link.
A valid link should look like this:
http://signup.com/go/XXXXXXX
The 7 characters after /go/ are case-sensitive, so be sure to include them exactly as shown.
4. Seeing an error when trying to sign up?
Most errors are temporary and can be resolved by switching your setup. Try the following:

Use a different device (phone, tablet, or computer)

Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

If on a smartphone, turn off Wi-Fi and use mobile data
If you clicked a link and received a "page not found" error, the link may have been copied incorrectly. Please alert your organizer so they can provide a new, working link.
