How can I see who else is signed up for a Spot (job/day/task/appointment)?

Viewing Participants on a SignUp

On SignUp, Participants can see who else has signed up—if the Organizer has enabled this feature.

• On mobile devices, Participant names appear at the bottom of the SignUp Spot screen.

• On large-screen devices, Participant initials are displayed under the Participants column. 

• Click the initials to see the expanded view with full names and any comments:

Note: To protect your privacy, we only show Participant name, never email address or phone number.

Organizers: How to Allow Participants to See Who Signed Up

1. On the first screen when creating a new SignUp.
2. Later, in the Details tab of your SignUp's Organizer view.

To access the Details tab, click your SignUp title in your Dashboard or the My SignUps area.

Next, scroll down to the middle of the page and check the box to Allow Participants to see who else has signed up. Click the blue Update button at the top or bottom of the page to save your selection.
