I am trying to add another organizer to my SignUp and it says that account is not registered. What should I do?

To be added as an Assistant Organizer the person must register an Organizer account with a password. If s/he has signed up as a participant on one of your activities in the past, s/he likely did NOT have a registered account with a password. (Note: recognizes participants by their email addresses, they click a link to enter instead of 'signing in' and therefore don't have passwords.)

Please have the new organizer go to our homepage ( and click on Register. Once the new account is activated by the new organizer, you will be able to add him/her as an assistant organizer.  

If you are sure the person has registered, please contact our Support team and share the person's email address. {Click on orange Support button on the left.}
