How do Participants, Volunteers and Class Parents access SignUp.com?

How Participants Access SignUp:

Participants NEVER need an account or password to access SignUp, instead they are invited to sign up for an activity via a personal email invitation or a shared link on a website, social media or Newsletter.

Invitation Types

1. The Organizer can invite Participants directly via an email from mail@signup.com. These Personal Invitations are tied to the Participant's email address and should not be shared. When a personal invitation link is clicked, SignUp will automatically recognize the Participant.

2. A Shareable Invitation URL can be posted in a newsletter, webpage, social media post or group text. Once a participant clicks this link, SignUp will ask for their email address, Google or Facebook login to sign up. 

3. A QR code linked to the Shareable Invitation URL can be displayed where Participants gather, allowing quick and easy SignUp access from their smartphones.

 

Participants and Volunteers with Invitations to Multiple Activities:

Participants and volunteers can sign up for multiple activities. If they have been directly invited to or have already joined multiple SignUps, they can create an account with a password and log into SignUp.com to conveniently access them all in one place (in the My Invitations tab).

 

Apps:

SignUp offers an ad-free, pro-convenience app available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. While SignUp by SignUp.com is an app designed for Organizers, highly active Participants may choose to purchase it for quick and easy access to all their assignments.

 

Can't find your SignUp link?

Search your inbox for a confirmation message from mail@signup.com or go to SignUp.com and click Find my SignUp in the menu - we'll send you new links to your activities right away.
