How to change the Organizer's name or title?

To change the Organizer name, there are two places to make the change:

  • Click on your name on the upper-right corner of the screen and choose Profile.  Change the name and choose Update (this is the name on your account linked to your email address).


  • Change your name in each SignUp.  (Note: lets you configure your name for each SignUp to accommodate multiple roles in your life - e.g., you may wish to be "Nancy Lincoln" when organizing SignUps for your charity, and "Abe's Mom" when organizing school SignUps.) 

In My SignUps click to Manage your SignUp, then click on Details  Scroll down to change the Organizer information. Add the correct name there (this is the name and title you wish to show on the activity invitation and communications).  Scroll down and click Update.

Most users have these fields with the same name, but it must be changed both places, even if one shows blank.
