How to change the Organizer's name or title?

As the Organizer of a SignUp, there are two places to change your name and/or update your title: the Profile Page, and the Details Tab of the SignUp's Organizer view.

 

1. Profile Page. Login to SignUp.com and click on your name in the menu and choose Profile. Change your name and click the Update button (this is the name on your account linked to your email address).

2. Details Tab of the SignUp's Organizer View.

Change your name in each SignUp.  (Note: You may choose a different name for each SignUp to accommodate multiple roles in your life - e.g., you may wish to be "Nancy Lincoln" when organizing SignUps for your workplace, and "Abe's Mom" when organizing school SignUps.) 

  1. Login at SignUp.com and go to the Dashboard or Organize tab. In the My SignUps menu, click the SignUp Ti

  3. Click on the Details tab and scroll down to change your Organizer information. The Primary Organizer information is the name and title you wish to show on the SignUp invitation, confirmation and other communications.mceclip3.pngmceclip4.png
  4. Scroll down and click the Update button to save your changes..

Most Organizers have the same name listed in both places; however, it must be changed both places.
