SignUp.com sends a variety of emails at different times.
The most common emails are listed here:
- Invitation emails are sent within 5 minutes after the organizer requests invitations to be sent.
- Confirmation emails are sent as soon as the volunteer clicks Confirm.
- Reminder emails are sent 1-7 days before a participant's commitment. You can add add additional text to every reminder in addition to the text shown below. Please see
- Change emails are batched together and sent to volunteers after the organizer stops making changes. Change emails can be turned on and off. Please see:
- Friday Status Reports are emailed each Friday to the Organizers for each current Activity.
