Opting out of a SignUp's or Organization's communication:
If you have been invited to a SignUp.com activity and want to opt out of communication for a specific SignUp or Organization – please contact the activity organizer and ask him/her to remove you from the participant list/roster.
Please note: Personal communication is important so the Organizer knows not to invite you to future activities. The organizer’s contact information is at the bottom of your invitation, confirmation or reminder message.
Opting out of SignUp.com Newsletters or getting added to our permanent Do Not Mail list
If instead you want to change your e-mail preferences to be permanently removed from newsletters, or to be added to our overall Do Not Mail list, please look for the unsubscribe link at the bottom of email notifications you receive from firstname.lastname@example.org (invitation, confirmation and reminder notifications). The unsubscribe link is coded to your specific email address and you can submit your preferences with a few clicks.
Please note, once you enter your preferences, it can take up to 10 business days for the change to cascade through our entire system.
