Which email address should I use for my Premium Account?

 

When selecting an email address for your Premium Account, consider whether you’ll be the sole organizer or if you'll be passing it on during the subscription term. Many groups and organizations find it helpful to create dedicated accounts, such as:

  • SignUps@SchoolName.edu
  • Volunteers@OurNPO.org
  • BigEventTeam@gmail.com

This approach makes it easy to transfer the Participant Coordinator role each season, year, or as needed.

⚠️ Do not use a group or listserv address (e.g., YahooGroups, GoogleGroups) as an organizer or participant email on SignUp.

🔹 Important: If creating a new Organizer email address for SignUp, set up email forwarding to ensure messages reach someone who checks them regularly.
