Which email address should I use for my Premium Account?

When choosing which email address to register and use as your Premium Account, consider if you will be the only organizer using the Premium Account or if you will be passing it on to someone else during the subscription term. Many groups/organizations find it helpful to create new accounts, such as:

ABCVolunteers@gmail.com 
CarnivalChair@yahoo.com 
Volunteers@YourCompany.org or similar.


The advantage to this method is that it is easy to transfer the Participant Coordinator role each season, year, or as needed. 

NEVER use a group-address or listserve address (e.g. YahooGroups or GoogleGroups) as an organizer or participant address on SignUp.com.
 

IMPORTANT: If creating a new email account/address to be used for your SignUp.com SignUps, be sure to FORWARD incoming email messages to an email account that is checked regularly by someone on your team.
