How to Cancel your Subscription
We're sorry to see you go, but canceling your subscription is quick and easy!
To get started, use a computer or tablet for the best experience.

Go to your Profile page by clicking the profile icon

Scroll to the Account Type section (midway down the page).

Click the cancellation link, as shown in the screenshot below.
Don't see the cancellation link? Please scroll down for instructions on how to contact us so we can cancel your account renewal manually.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel within 14 days of upgrading, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel after 14 days, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle (monthly or annual).
- When you cancel, your account will revert to the Basic (free) Plan. Your Premium data will be saved, and you can re-upgrade anytime to restore Premium features.

How to request a manual cancellation
Send an email to Support@SignUp.com using the email address linked to your SignUp account and include Option A or Option B below in the body of the message.
Email Format
- Subject: Premium Unsubscribe
- Body: Copy and paste one of the options below:
Option A: Cancel Premium, Keep My Account Active
"Please cancel my Premium subscription, but keep my SignUp account active. I understand that my activity data will remain intact, and I can continue using the Basic (free) Plan or upgrade again at any time."
Please include:
- Your SignUp account email address
- Payment email address
- A brief reason for canceling (to help us improve our service)
Option B: Delete My Account Permanently
"Please delete my SignUp account. I have removed all activities and assignments and understand that this action is permanent."
Please include:
- Your SignUp account email address
- Payment email address
- A brief reason for canceling (to help us improve our service)
You’ll receive an auto-acknowledgment email with a ticket number once we receive your request.
