SignUp makes it easy to send messages to all Participants signed up for a specific Spot (shift/assignment).
1. Start by going to the Messages tab of your SignUp's Organizer view. (Login and from the Dashboard tab, click the SignUp Title in the My SignUps area.)
2. On the next screen, select the Messages tab and then Compose Message. Click the Select Email Recipients button.
3. Decide who should receive your message. Select "by Spot" in the left pull-down menu, then choose the Spot(s) by title and time, in the right pull-down menu.
4. Compose your message - you can even include links to maps, documents and surveys - then press the blue Send button at the bottom of the page. All messages will automatically include a link back to the SignUp coded to each Participant's unique email address.
