Can I print a paper SignUp form to pass around or post and have volunteers write in their commitments?

Yes!  It's easy to print a paper SignUp form for any activity.  Do so in the Reports tab of your SignUp's Organizer view.

  1. Login and click the SignUp Title in your Dashboard/ My SignUps screen to open your Organizer view.
  2. Then, click the Reports tab and choose the Sign-up / Check-in Sheet option.

You may print a form for any day, a Month, Day or for custom date range. Those with a Premium or Campus Plan membership may choose to also print columns for Custom Participant Questions:


  • Print the Interactive Report or Export Report on the same screen so you can specify which information columns you want to print.
  • Print a QR Code that participants can scan with their smartphones and sign up on-the-spot in real-time. This is the preferred process. Learn more here: Can I Get a QR Code for my SignUp?
