Can I print a paper SignUp form to pass around or post and have volunteers write in their commitments?

SignUp makes it easy to print a paper SignUp form for any activity. Before printing a SignUp sheet, consider generating a QR code instead, allowing participants to scan and sign up instantly using their phones. Learn more here: Can I Get a QR Code for my SignUp?

Printing a SignUp Sheet

  1. Start by going to the Reports tab of your SignUp's Organizer view. (Login and in the My SignUps menu on your Dashboard, click the SignUp Title to open your Organizer view).

2. Select the SignUp/ Check-in Sheet Report (shown in top row middle)

3. Specify your date/date range, and if you're a Premium or Campus Plan member, you may also choose to print columns for Custom Participant Questions.

Options:

  • Print the Interactive Report or Export Report (also in the Reports tab) so you can specify which information columns you want to print.
  • Try Electronic Participant Check-in (Plus or Max-level Premium Plan required)
