How Can an Organizer Search for a Participant’s Assignments

If you’re a Participant (participant/parent/volunteer), please <click here> to get a summary of your own SignUp assignment(s) emailed to you. 

If you’re the SignUp Organizer, use the Quick Search tool to find the upcoming assignments for any Participant across all your SignUps. 

To Quick Search on a Large Screen Device:

1. 1. Please sign in to SignUp.com and click on either the Magnifying Glass Icon or choose MyTools >>Participant Search
2. Enter the Participant's Name or Email address to see a list of all the SignUps the Participant has been invited to (where you are the Primary or Assistant Organizer). The Primary Organizer’s name will be listed in the right column.
3. To send the Participant their assignment list (along with fresh SignUp links so they can make any changes), click the button to the right of the name entry field. They will receive an email from [e-mail] within a few minutes. 

To Quick Search on your Smartphone:

1. Please sign in to SignUp.com on your smartphone and click on the blue Magnifying Glass icon in the My SignUps menu. 
2. Enter the Participant's Name or Email address to see a list of all the SignUps the Participant has been invited to (where you are the Primary or Assistant Organizer). The Primary Organizer’s name will be listed in the right column.
3. Click on the SignUp Title to see a list of any upcoming assignments. 
4. On the Participant Detail screen ,click the send links icon to email the Participant a summary of their upcoming assignments automatically. You also have the option to email, call, or text (SMS) the Participant from this screen.
