Can I automatically add the participant's name when I send invitations?

When sending personal email invitations via SignUp.com, there are two options for including the invitee's names.

1. Formatting the email addresses as follows (adding a comma between each person's contact):

      "First Last" <email@email.com>  

e.g. "Ben Whitter" <Ben@WhitterFam.com>, "Clara Smarton" <Clara.Smarton@email.com>, and so on.

To navigate to this option on your mobile device, choose SHARE and then Share via Email.  This will connect with the Email account loaded on your phone.

2. Choose either the Add From Contact List or Add from Previous SignUp option and each person's name and email address will automatically be populated for your review and then included in SignUp invitations. Learn More
