Where can I find the messages I have sent to Participants? (for Organizers)

Every time you send a message or invitation to Participants via SignUp.com or assignment reminders are automatically sent, all Organizers and Assistant Organizers of the SignUp will automatically receive an "echo" email message from mail@signup.com. Please search your email folders for messages from mail@signup.com to find your messages. Each email will include three items:

  1. The contents of the invitation, message or reminder.
  2. A list of all the Participant email addresses it was sent to.
  3. A list of Participant email addresses that bounced or could not receive the SignUp email. (Please double check any errant email addresses. If the reason the message couldn't be mailed is not obvious to you, please contact us at support@signup.com and share the Participant email address so we may investigate.)
