How you change your personal information on SignUp depends on your role:
SignUp Organizers
Please login to SignUp.com and then update your information in either your Profile page, or at the bottom of each SignUp's Details tab. Learn more here: How to change the Organizer's name or title?
SignUp Participants
If you're a SignUp Participant, you can change your information in three easy steps:
1. Access Your SignUp:
- Check your email inbox for any invitation, confirmation, or reminder message from mail@signup.com. Click the link in the email to enter your SignUp.
- If you can’t find the email, visit SignUp.com, click Find My SignUp in the menu, and we’ll send you a new invitation link.
2. Open the My Info Screen:
- Once you’re in your SignUp, open the menu.
- On a smartphone, tap the three-bar menu icon.
- On a tablet or computer, click the My Info icon on the left side of the screen.
3. Update Your Information:
- Edit your personal details on the My Info screen.
- Update your text-reminder preferences here also (if available for your SignUp).
Option: Contact the SignUp Organizer directly and ask them to make the changes for you in the Participant tab of the SignUp's Organizer view.
