Getting Started
- Set SignUp Kind to No Specific Day
- List Committee Options
- Customize your SignUp
- Invite Members to sign up for their Choice of Committees
To get started, log in and on your Dashboard, select Create New SignUp.
1. Provide Details
In the first field, set the SignUp Kind to No Specific Day then complete the rest of the Details requested in Step 1. Click Next at the bottom of the page once complete.
2: Add Spots
Click Create New Spot then add your committee options or volunteer jobs as individual Spots.
Create a new Spot for each committee or volunteer job that people can sign up for. Decide if there are an unlimited number of spots, or if you have an ideal number of participants in mind. Likely you will set the time to 'anytime'. (see example below)
Add any extra information at the bottom of the screen, such as a job description, then click Save at the bottom of this screen. You can then Create a New Spot for the next committee or volunteer job.
The button makes it easy to add more Spots to this SignUp that will share the same Extra Info.
Step 3: Choose Theme
In Step 3 you will upload a logo or select a banner image and choose a background theme. Click Next when done to proceed to Step 4.
Step 4: Invite
In this final Planning Step, preview your SignUp then Invite members to choose their Spots. There are several options for inviting people to sign up. Learn more here

Once committee members have all signed up, you can print rosters, Export data into Excel or other files, or create new SignUps to invite members. Click Invite from Previous to automatically populate the committee members’ email addresses in new SignUp invitations!
