Can I automatically add the participant's name when I send invitations?

When sending personal email invitations via SignUp, you have three ways to include invitees' names:

1. Manually Format Email Addresses

Working in the Invite tab of your SignUp's Organizer view, enter email addresses in the following format, separating each with a comma:

"First Last" <email@email.com>

"Ben Whitter" <Ben@WhitterFam.com>, "Clara Smarton" <Clara.Smarton@email.com>

2. Use the Mobile "Share via Email" Option

On a mobile device, tap SHARE and select Share via Email to send the invitation to any email address on your phone's contact list.

3. Add Participant Names from Your Contact List or Previous SignUp

Working in the Invite tab of your SignUp's Organizer view, choose Add From Contact List or Add From Previous SignUp to automatically populate names and email addresses for review before sending. Learn more: How do I invite participants from a previous SignUp or Contact List?
