There are several ways to see who has signed up for your activities and events. Typically the SignUp Organizer will access this information in the Reports tab of the SignUp's Organizer view. (Start by going to the Spots tab of your SignUp's Organizer view. (Login and in the My SignUps menu on your Dashboard, click the SignUp Title to open your Organizer view). There are several reporting options:

- The Check-in Sheet report has an option to also see Custom Participant Questions.
- The Who's Coming report has an option to also show Comments.
- The Export Report shows all data for the SignUp including both Custom Participant Questions and Comments.
- The Interactive Report will show all fields (Comments & Custom Participant Questions) and can be bookmarked in your browser for quick access.

Other ways to find out who is signed up:
- If, when setting up the SignUp, Participants were allowed to see who else has signed up, you may open the Participant View of the SignUp (in your My Invitations tab when you login) for a quick glance of who to expect when.
- Every Friday, all SignUp Organizers (Primary and Assistant) will receive an automated email Summary of who is signed up for the week ahead and which Spots are still open.
- You may run any report for a single SignUp from your smartphone and email it to any address.
- Max, Campus and Organization Plan members may run any number of reports across multiple SignUps in the Premium Reporting screen.
- Set up a calendar sync with your personal Google calendar or with a calendar hosted on your website. Learn more here
