SignUp never deletes your past SignUps. If you can't find a past SignUp, there are a few places to check:
1. Check your Dashboard Filters
Login, and on your Dashboard or Organize > My SignUps page, use the Filter By menu to display Past SignUps or Archived SignUps.
Note: If your SignUp is archived, you'll need to restore it before you can view or edit it. From the Archived SignUps view, click the Settings (gear) icon and select Restore. Then change the Filter By menu back to All SignUps (or Past SignUps) to find it.
2. Make sure you're signed in with the correct email address
If you still don't see your SignUp, it may have been created under a different email address.
Search your email for messages from mail@signup.com to identify the Organizer email address that received SignUp notifications. Then sign in using that email address and check the filters again (Step 1).
3. Contact us if you still can't find it
If your SignUp is still missing, click Help > Contact Us and include as much of the following information as possible:
- SignUp title
- Approximate start date
- A Shareable Invitation link (URL) or any notification link to the SignUp
- Any email addresses that may have been used to organize the SignUp
