There are a few ways to add a participant to your SignUp, depending on your goals.
There are several ways to add participants to your SignUp, depending on your needs:
1. Invite People to Your SignUp
If you're ready to invite Participants, sending them a direct invitation will add them to the Participants tab of your SignUp's Organizer view. They can then select their preferred Spots (jobs, shifts, or appointments).

(Tip: If you send a Shareable Link instead of a personal invitation, people will be added to the Participants tab when they sign up and enter their contact information.)
2. Make Manual Assignments
Want to assign Spots for Participants yourself? No problem! Simply select their Spots, and theyβll receive an automated assignment notification.

3. Create a Contact List for Future Invitations
If you're not quite ready to invite Participants but want to gather contacts, you can create a Contact List. This allows you to add or edit contacts at any time. Later, you can invite them directly or assign Spots from your list.
