When Participants sign up, they may add a Comment. The SignUp Organizer can elect to hide Participants' comments from each other.
How to Hide Comments from Participants
You can turn this option on or off in the first planning step (Provide Details), and later in the Details tab of your SignUp's Organizer view:
- Start by going to the Details tab of your SignUp's Organizer view. (Login and in the My SignUps menu on your Dashboard, click the SignUp Title to open your Organizer view).
- Scroll down and check the box Hide comments from Participants, then click the blue Update button at the top or bottom of the page to save your selection.
How the SignUp Organizer can see individual comments:
1. In the Spots tab by clicking on the orange thought bubble next to a Spot.
2. In the Reports tab by selecting the Who's Coming, Export or Interactive Report. See: Tour of My SignUps Reports Tab
