SignUp's Rolling Lock feature allows you to set a time and date for your SignUp to open and close on an ongoing basis and is available to Premium Plus and Max level subscribers.
There are two types of Rolling Locks:
- Rolling Open gives Participants an equal opportunity to sign up for ongoing popular activities.
- Rolling Close prevents last minute additions or changes to your schedule.
NOTE: Basic (free) account holders may manually lock any individual day(s) in the Spots tab of the SignUp's Organizer view.
Enable Rolling Lock from the Settings tab of your SignUp’s Organizer view.
Select the Rolling Open and/or Rolling Close option and then specify how many days in advance and the time your SignUp will automatically open or close. Be sure to designate your time zone when you set up this lock.
