What is a Group Page?

A Group Page is a custom landing page where you can post links to multiple SignUps in ONE place, giving your participants ONE-stop for your all SignUps!

A few notes about Group Pages:

  • Learn how to set up a Group Page: click here
  • Each Basic (free) account includes one Group Page, while Premium, Campus, and Organization Plan members can create unlimited Group Pages.
  • You choose which SignUps show on your Group Page(s). There is no limit to the number of SignUps you can show on a Group Page.
  • SignUps will automatically 'roll off' your Group Page once their activity dates pass. When you extend the dates of the SignUps, they will appear again. 
  • Campus Plan and Organization Plan members can elect to allow other Organizers in the Plan to post SignUps to a common Group Page. Learn how here

  • Parent Teacher Conferences - each teacher's class conference schedule by subject or grade
  • League Volunteers – Umpire Schedule, Grounds Team, Concessions Stand Volunteers
  • Flu Shot Clinics – North Campus, East Campus, Central Clinic
  • Service Day Opportunities – Volunteer Calendars for Meals on Wheels, Park Cleanup, Nursing Home Visits and Food Bank
  • Fall Film Festival – Setup and Clean up Teams, Ticket Booth, Concessions, Parking
  • Church Service Needs – Greeters, Acolytes, Ushers, AV and Hospitality teams 
  • Community Theatre Ushers, Concessions, Bar, and Parking volunteer calendars
