Hours Tracking Reports are available for Premium Max and Campus Plan/Organization Plan* subscribers for both single SignUps and across multiple activities.
Get single SignUp reports in the Reports tab of your Organizer view.
Run hours tracking reports across multiple SignUps in the My Reports section of your Dashboard.
Hours Tracking for Single SignUps
To open your SignUp in the Organizer view, please login and click My SignUps to see a sortable list of all your planned activities, click on the SignUp Title for the one you wish to access.
Once your SignUp is open, click the Reports tab then choose the Roster & Hours Tracking button:
Select your date range and options to view or print your report.
NOTE: A Print button appears in most browser menu bars when you open a report, roster or check-in sheet. If you do not see it, try pulling down the File menu or use the keystroke shortcut of pressing Ctrl + P in PC or Apple + P in Mac.
Hours Tracking for Multiple SignUps
Access multiple SignUp reporting in the My Reports section of your Dashboard.
Choose your report type:
Max-level Premium Account Members:
Participant Hours Summary: Summary of all participants including the total number of hours signed up for.
Participant Hours & Details: Detailed list of all participants by SignUp including the total number of hours signed up for and custom registration information
Campus Plan/Organization Plan Account Leaders:
Campus Plan Participant Hours Summary: Summary of all participants across the plan code, including the total number of hours signed up for.
Campus Plan Participant Hours & Details: Detailed list of all participants across the plan code by SignUp, including the total number of hours signed up for and custom registration information
Our Reports Wizard will then guide you in selecting the SignUps to include in the report, choosing your date range and options, and the report format (.csv or Excel).
Your report will be emailed to you in a few minutes and saved in your Dashboard for quick access next time.
