Thanks for being an active SignUp Organizer! One of the ways SignUp tries to help Organizers speed their planning is by pre-populating Spot Name options (the items people will sign up for) in a drop-down list based on Spot names used in your prior SignUps.
If the list gets too long (or distracting), simply Archive prior SignUps you're no longer using and the Spot names from those SignUps will be removed from the drop-down list. (Note: Archived SignUps can be restored at any time.)
