Once all your SignUps are created, set up a Class Group Page. This provides one central URL where parents can access all the SignUps in one place, making it easy for them to find opportunities that work for them.

Party Planning Tip: Reuse Your SignUps!

Classroom parties often have similar needs—craft station helpers, game leaders, story readers, song leaders, and parents to bring snacks, drinks, and decorations. Instead of creating new SignUps from scratch, simply rename and reset the date from an existing party SignUp to reuse the plans for future celebrations.
